About the event
Class is designed for middle school and high school athletes to help build coordination, strength, flexibility, speed, balance and power.
We will use our newly renovated workout area for our lifting circuits (squats, deadlifts, lunges, bench press, etc.) and our training area for more speed and power. (medball throw, battle ropes, box jumps, etc.)
