About the event
Athletes will be put through a dynamic warmup routine, followed by races for speed and competition before going through the nights workout. We use an assortment of equipment including speed ladders, hurdles, medballs, light weights, resistance bands, kettlebells, sleds, Bosu balls and much more.
Players will be encouraged in a fun and positive environment.
