4 week clinic designed for 9-10 year olds.
Clinic Dates:
Mondays - March 21st, 28th & April 4th, 11th
6:00-7:00 pm
Players should bring their bat bag including bat, batting gloves, helmet and must wear tennis shoes. NO Â CLEATS. Players can wear shorts as the facility is climate controlled.
Clinic will cover:Â
-Stance/Grip : Creating a routine in the box  Â
-Swing mechanics w/video analysis  Â
-Approach : Mental aspects of hitting  Â
-Metrics : Smart Pocket Radar Gun gives Exit speed radar readings in the video. Â Â
-LOTS of swings!
