Hitting Clinic - Thursdays 7:00-8:00 10u-13u

4 week clinic designed for 10-13 year olds.

Clinic Dates:

Thursdays - April 28th, May 5rd, 12th, 19th

7:00-8:00 pm

Players should bring their bat bag including bat, batting gloves, helmet and must wear tennis shoes. NO  CLEATS. Players can wear shorts as the facility is climate controlled.

Clinic will cover: 

-Stance/Grip : Creating a routine in the box 

-Swing mechanics w/video analysis 

-Approach : Mental aspects of hitting 

-Metrics : Smart Pocket Radar Gun gives Exit speed radar readings in the video. 

-LOTS of swings!
