4 week clinic designed for 9-11 year olds.
Clinic Dates:
Tuesdays - April 26th, May 3rd, 10th, 17th
6:00-7:00 pm
Players should bring their bat bag including bat, batting gloves, helmet and must wear tennis shoes. NO Â CLEATS. Players can wear shorts as the facility is climate controlled.
Clinic will cover:Â
-Stance/Grip : Creating a routine in the boxÂ
-Swing mechanics w/video analysisÂ
-Approach : Mental aspects of hittingÂ
-Metrics : Smart Pocket Radar Gun gives Exit speed radar readings in the video.Â
-LOTS of swings!
