Date : 2/15 Class is designed for middle school athletes to help build coordination, strength, flexibility, speed, balance and power all in a fun and positive environment.

About the event
Athletes will be put through a dynamic warmup routine, followed by races for speed and competition before going through the nights workout. We use an assortment of equipment including speed ladders, hurdles, medballs, light weights, resistance bands, kettlebells, sleds, Bosu balls and much more.
Players will be encouraged in a fun and positive environment.
Players are asked to be dropped off for workouts no earlier than 7:15 as we have another class ending before at 7:15.
All players will need a liability form filled out to participate. They can be printed online at www.pelicansfacility.com/liability-form or there will be forms at the facility to fill out.
