4 week clinic designed for 8-10 year olds.
Clinic Dates:
Wednesdays - May 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th
6:00-7:00 pm
Players should bring their glove and must wear tennis shoes. NO CLEATS. Players can wear shorts as the facility is climate controlled.
Clinic will include:
Grips (4 seam FB, 2 seam FB & Changeup)
Mechanics
Mental toughness
Defensive responsibilities
Radar gun reading
Arm Care exercises
