Hitting Groups are tailored for players to prepare for upcoming tournaments or to get extra swings during the week. Typically, team practices allow players to take between 10-30 swings. This group aims to optimize our time by maximizing the number of swings during our hour at the facility.

Throughout the hour, players will rotate between stations, taking swings off tees, front toss, live arm, and pitching machines. Certain stations will feature various training bats to enhance swing path and mechanics.
