About the event

Date: January 3rd


Athletes will be put through a dynamic warmup routine, followed by races for speed and competition before going through the nights workout. We use an assortment of equipment including speed ladders, hurdles, medballs, light weights, resistance bands, kettlebells, sleds, Bosu balls and much more. 


Players will be encouraged in a fun and positive environment. 


Players are asked to show up no earlier than 12:50 pm as we have lessons finishing up before class.  


All players will need a liability form filled out to participate. They can be printed online at www.pelicansfacility.com/liability-form or there will be forms at the facility to fill out. 


Please bring a drink or we sell waters for $1.
