Pelicans Training Facility

Players will meet twice a week for 5 weeks.
Mondays are 1 hour long and will NOT INCLUDE ANY THROWING!
Focus will be about recovery assuming pitchers pitched the previous weekend. Show players hows to recover and exercises to do post throw.
Thursdays are 1.5 hours long and will be focused on developing a proper warm-up routine, throwing progression and bullpen sequence to use before outings. Will also include medballs and explosive movements. Thursdays throwing can be catered to each players needs weekly.
