Build Your Swing in a Fun, Competitive Environment!
Our Hitting Groups are designed to help athletes develop consistency, power, and confidence at the plate through high-repetition training and exciting challenges.
What to Expect:
This is an action-packed session focused on "reps and rhythm." We utilize a variety of training bats and hitting stations—including tee work, front toss, pitching machines, and live coach-pitch—to help athletes find their natural swing path and build muscle memory.
Natural Growth: We believe in promoting a player's natural swing mechanics. Rather than tearing down a swing, our coaches provide simple, actionable cues and adjustments to help players feel more comfortable and powerful in the box.
Game-Based Training: We keep it fun! Our sessions include friendly competitions, hitting challenges, and plenty of live cage reps, allowing players to test their skills against their peers. Athletes have the chance to win cool gear, including apparel, sunglasses, bat grips, necklaces, and more.
Coaching Approach: Please note that these group sessions are designed for repetition and development through practice. If your athlete is looking for deep-dive mechanical breakdowns or major swing overhauls, we highly recommend booking Private Lessons for more personalized, one-on-one instruction.
