CLASSES WILL RESUME APRIL 11th
Players are asked to be dropped off no earlier than 5:45 pm.
Class is designed for GIRLS and BOYS ages 8-13 years old!
Classes will include:
- Dynamic Warm-Up & Stretch routine
- Footwork drills with speed ladders, hurdles, hex jumps, Penalty Box Fit, etc.
- Explosive movements using medballs, kettle bells, box jumps, sleds, battle ropes etc.
- Body weight exercises: squat jumps, jumping lunges, broad jumps, burpees, etc.
NO WEIGHT LIFTING!
