Players are taken through a 4 week program working on swing speed, lower half efficiency, timing, weight transfer and swing path to maximize exit velo.

Classes will include:
- Dynamic Warm Up & Stretch routine
- Footwork drills with speed ladders, hurdles, hex jumps, Penalty Box Fit, etc.
- Explosive movements using medballs, kettle bells, box jumps, sleds, battle ropes etc.
- Arm Care exercises using: resistance bands, shoulder tube, The Spinner & more

- Body weight exercises: squat jumps, jumping lunges, broad jumps, burpees, etc. 
 

The Pelicans Training Facility is a climate controlled fully turfed indoor baseball & softball training facility. Featuring baseball and softball pitching machines, 2 full length retractable batting cages, 2 pitching mounds, multiple tees, baseballs, pro 7x7 padded sock nets, pro 7x7 padded L-Screens and 2 lobby areas with couches and a bathroom.
