-We ask all parents to drop their players off no earlier than 6:50 as we have another class before that ends at 7:00.


Classes will include:
- Dynamic Warm Up & Stretch routine
- Footwork drills with speed ladders, hurdles, hex jumps, Penalty Box Fit, etc.
- Explosive movements using medballs, kettle bells, box jumps, sleds, battle ropes etc.
- Arm Care exercises using: resistance bands, shoulder tube, The Spinner & more

- Body weight exercises: squat jumps, jumping lunges, broad jumps, burpees, etc.
